Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, contact support first and ask for your concern to be logged as a complaint. We will give you a reference number and aim to send a final response as soon as possible. If you are still not satisfied, you may have the right to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body or to the authority that regulates us.
