How to Deposit at Terrabet11
This page explains how to add funds to your Terrabet11 account, which payment methods are available, and the limits and processing times that apply. Please set a budget before you deposit and only use money you can afford to lose. 18+ only.
Before you deposit
- You need a registered Terrabet11 account. Not registered yet? See How to register.
- Payment methods must be in your own name. Deposits from someone else's bank account, card or wallet will be refused or returned.
- Check whether you want to claim a bonus. Some promotions must be selected before you deposit, and every bonus has a wagering requirement. Read the promotion terms first.

How to make a deposit: step by step
- Log in at https://terrabet11.com. Check that the address is correct before entering your password.
- Open Banking. Select Banking from the menu and choose Deposit.
- Choose a payment method from the list. Only methods available for your account are shown.
- Enter the amount. It must be between the minimum and maximum shown for that method.
- Choose a promotion (optional). If you want a bonus, select it now; if not, leave it unselected.
- Confirm and complete the payment by following the instructions for your method (for example, completing a bank transfer with the reference shown, or approving the payment in your wallet app).
- Check your balance. Your deposit appears in your balance and under History once it has been confirmed.

If your deposit has not arrived
- Check History to see whether the transaction is pending, completed or failed.
- Make sure you used the exact amount and reference shown (for bank transfers).
- Allow the processing time shown in the table above.
- If it is still missing, contact support with the date, amount, method and a screenshot of the payment confirmation. Do not make the same payment again while the first one is being checked.

Can I deposit with someone else's card or account? No. All payment methods must be registered in the account holder's name.
